Well, this certainly didn't go where I expected - there are a lot of scraps of washi paper on my desk that I cut to size and they didn't work...
5 3/4" base, covered with a plain light brown paper, edges sponged with dark brown. Lower two thirds stamped with the leaf from Autumn Days in Creamy Brown. Upper third stamped with a fern frond and Peeled Paint. Ribbon was attached to a strip of card so that I could fold the ends behind and keep them tidy. I used some of the gorgeous wood that Stamp Muse sent for my birthday, and in fear and trepidation tried stamping my Kodomo image on it with StazOn Timber Brown. Sponged the edges with Dark Brown. I added square copper brads in the bottom corners, and a knot of brown and gold Mizuhiki cords.
