PBSC99 – Let’s Get Punchy. i just bought the MS pop-up lily pad flower punches on friday; two small daisies are punched and the butterflies are punched twice to layer them. the doily borders are punched with one of my other new punches – i finally jumped off the fence.
this is also for the F4A10 to show your flowers for May Day.
i’m a big fan of irene’s, aka DandI93, easel cards and have several of them in my favourites, including this beauty. i’d leave comments in her gallery about how i still had to make one and i kept thinking that my next card would be one. i chickened out with my MIL’s mother’s day card, so here’s my next card – finally, an easel.
i watercoloured the image with watercolour paints, sponged in the background, added stickles to flower centres, pearls to the butterflies and dew drops to the flowers. the image and mat were die cut with nestabilities label 12 and popped on foam tape. thanks for looking.

WOW, you did a fabulous job on your first easel card, I love how you used the dp and border punch on the inside , like a mirror image, with the sentiment in between, that is way to cool. love the punched flowers and butterflies, cute image and wonderfully colored and gorgeous dp. Yup, I love it, TFS
