Materials: House: 120mm x 234mm (score and fold at 111mm), Roof: 62mm x 109mm (fold in half), Base: 55mm square, Strip of Designer Series Paper (DSP) 45mm x 235mm, Punches: Medium Jewelry Tag, 1” Circle, Extra Large Two Step Bird, Horizontal Slot, Scallop Edge, 1 x post-it note (punch sticky edge with Scallop Edge), Scraps of DSP to make the bird
Method: It is important to align fold just inside die-cut line on non-tabbed end of pillow-box. Use Dotto to keep cardstock from shifting on die if needed. Run die-sandwich through Big Shot following Big Shot instructions. Fold along scorelines. Adhere DSP in position along length of unfolded birdhouse. Use diagram above to cut and fold as indicated. Punch circle in bird-house front. Stamp sentiment on scrap of confetti white card. Punch sentiment with Medium Jewelry Tag. Use Scallop Edge punch along sticky edge of a post-it. Position close to eaves of “roof” with scallop edge towards eaves and apply ink with sponge dauber. Repeat, offsetting scallops and working ink mostly at scallop edge of post-it, until you reach the apex of the roof. Adhere house “walls” together tucking tab on inside. Adhere roof to flap. Punch horizontal slot in roof and wall to thread through ribbon and sentiment tag. Punch a bird from scrap pieces of DSP and adhere to outside of house. Place treats inside birdhouse and tie ribbon.
