 | | My SC277 sympathy card using the new SU "Elements of Style" stamp set. I also used the "Presto Patterns" Specialty paper, which is white with dry EB images. Both are in the Summer Mini just coming out. All you do is brayer the paper if you want to add color. I brayered the Top Note with a light coating of Soft Suede and then stamped my rose image with Black Stazon. I then colored the image with SU's Pastel Chalks. I sprayed with a fixative so the chalks do not smudge and it also brightens the colors a bit. I stamped and cutout the hummingbird with my papersnips "a must have".
This card is for our own "sumtoy" whose dear MIL just passed away. Her MIL is also Cambria's grandmother. All the family was very, very close to this dear lady. If you have a chance I know sumtoy "Roseanne" and cambria "Cami" would really appreciate a card or pm.
