I decided to do another card for today's challenge. This will help build up my card stash for sending cards this summer to my dearest friend who has a summer home not far from Mackinac. I try to send her a card a week while she is up there. They have a lovely sailboat and we REALLY enjoy sailing when we visit. Cruising around in a motor boat is fun, but sailing is a whole other feeling.....sounds of wind and water.

How super fun, Sallie!! I just love your layered punched borders for the lake waves. Your sun looks fantastic! The paper piecing on the sailboat is just wonderful, as is that cute little anchor charm. I'm sure your friend will really appreciate this card tailored just for her!! Nicely done
