 | | For today's Color Challenge, CC265, to use Certainly Celery, Tempting Turquoise, and Soft Suede, along with neutrals of choice.
I found some DP in a My Mind's Eye stack (Magnolia) with colors that approximate certainly celery and tempting turquoise. Luckily I had a bit of SU soft suede DSP that I could use (thanks to Pam, aka Bailmac here on SCS!).
I used the sketch from this week's Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #107, TESC107, found here:

I'm still working on a set of note cards to give my flute-playing sister as a hostess gift when we visit in less than two weeks. This is #3 of 4 in the set I've been making with this $1 bird stamp from Michael's. So fun to paper piece!!
I made the panel on the right by layering scallop-punched clippings (inspired by Dawn McVey) from an old hymnal, with alternating layers sponged with burnt umber. The pearl-beaded lace trim was a remnant (just the right length!) from my sewing scraps.
PUNCHEZ tally: 5, including my Creative Memories circle cutters
Thanks for stopping by!
