Thanks dear.. Any advice on keeping my embossing powder from flicking all over the place. I used a hair dryer the first time then I used the Heat gun that is used to melt paint off the walls the second time. hahaha..

I think you can be proud of these first efforts. These are so much better than the first cards I made!!! Of course that was 28 years ago and supplies were much more limited in those days, but still....these are lovely!

Thanks, I love coord fabrics. Sewing was my first passion. So it was fun to pick up papers. They are similar to playing with fabrics. Darn just never enough of them. I did cut 2 butterflys and use pop dots between them to give them some lift. I also made hairbows so I have tons of ribbon. That helps alot.

I think the card is just adorable! And, I love love love that butterfly. I have some of those in various sizes cut out of vinyl and put on my walls. Great first efforts!
