I pulled out my new whippersnapper stamp and new flourescent copics for the Midnight Madness challenge this week.
I used watercolor paper, but wanted the bunny to be white, so I colored him with a white gel pen. I like that it gives it a bit of a 'lift' off the paper. I wasn't sure what the copics would do to the gel ink when I added the pink to his ear. It worked fine - yay!
And... yay for copic blender pens! These flourescent pens are BRIGHT and the blender pen pulled some of the color out really well..
I'm not sure I would do an entire color job with flourescent pens again, but I can see all kinds of possibilities in using them to highlight areas of focus when coloring.
Is it apparent? I had a pretty good time making this!
Thanks priscilla, for the challenge!

Wow, what a perfect Spring/Easter Card. I love the copics, they are really bright and just right for this card. Was wondering what they were all about. Very cute image and your coloring is beautiful. Glad you could join the fun for the MMSC this week. Great take on the sketch too.
