Here's my card for last Thursday's A Little Encouragement Ways to Use It Challenge. This layout is the Sketch Challenge from two weeks ago. Forums at Splitcoaststampers This card is going out in the mail today to my mother-in-law who recently lost a very good friend to cancer.
I stamped the daisies with Craft White onto Basic Black ink and colored them with watercolor pencils. They're highlighted with my White Gel Pen. The layers following it are Sweet Pea dsp, Basic Black cs, Certainly Celery cs and then the Basic Black card base. I also added a couple of designer buttons for a little eye candy.

It's so funny you should use that stamp set and black magic as I've had that idea rolling around in my sometimes absent brain for awhile now. I just simply must do it. Your card turned out incredibly gorgeous Regina. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it and those added eye candy buttons just sweeten the deal!! TFS!

Another lovely example using this clever technique ... really makes me want to try it out.
Very pretty card .... nice colour combination, even with the black it still looks 'soft' but stunning.
