Congratulations to VERA - you are an awesome stamper and you also leave the sweetest comments on everyone else's work!! You are so deserving of this honor!!! Here is your card that I chose to case:
I love the fresh spring feel of your beautiful card, and I especially was drawn in by the offset oval - very, very interesting and I think I may have never ever done that- I think I always put the oval in the middle - so I cased this unusual and stunning layout!! I changed colors, stamps, and technique to "Black brown magic" - I WAS SUFFERING FROM CHALLENGE WITHDRAWL......did a huge workshop in eastern Ohio last weekend and then hit the ground running with several stamping deadlines when I got home.....all to which I said PHEW!!! yesterday as I sent two big boxes to different destinations yesterday......PHEW!! I can play a little again!! So very happy to see VERA as the featured stamper this week as my travels made me miss Miss Angela last week......:( Still gotta get over there and case one of her beauties too!! Enjoy your day Vera!!!!! And shouldn't you like start a line of cards and name them VERY VERA???? AWESOME!!
You can see more Black Magic on my blog at www.karenbarberstamps.blogspot.com - Go all the way to the bottom of the entries and it's the first post after you push more posts or whatever at the bottom of the page - it works well with SU's watercolor pencils.....in my tutorial I said Pure colored pencils but that was before I discovered how well it works with just plain old watercolor pencils!!
Hope you like it!!

I knew this stunning black magic floral creation was yours before I opened the thumbnail, Karen! It's gorgeous, and I love how the oval is offset, too!

Phew! I am tired just reading about all you have been doing!
This is lovely - I keep seeing great cards with Black Magic and now it looks like I do not need special things to do it. I will check it out!

My goodness, you do beautiful work. The offset oval is marvelous and your brown black magic is stunning-as usual. Such intense colors you've achieved. TFS.
