Today's Ways to Use it challenge was to use some new stuff. I recently got this sweet easter stamp from Serendipity Stamps. I spent most of the day trying to clear down to the top of my table in my stamp room. (I almost succeeded, of course after making this card, you wouldn't know!!). But tonight, I took a punched out scallop circle that I found in the litter on the stamping table and stamped the chick image in Going Gray ink. I used my Prisma color pencils and some Gamsol to color the images. I cut out a Spellbinder Fleur de Lis medallion which was not exactly new, but had never been used. I layered this onto some panels and then a folded card. I wrapped the card with two layers of ribbon and made a bow with my mini bowdabra and added a button on top.

Ha, Ha, Kathy, I soooooo know what you mean about finding a place to stamp and then having a sprawling mess when you're done!! I have spilled over into my guest room and my daughter and grandson are coming for the weekend, so I've got a BIG job ahead of me!!! This little chick is one of the sweetest I've seen and your double bow is fantastic. Gingham is the perfect touch for taking cuteness up a notch!!
