This is for the Fan Club Challenges for February - the central theme challenge, the sketch and the inspiration.
This card is representative of my hubby (who I'm going to give this to as he has been really supportive of me recently through some difficult times). Refined when necessary (the herringbone), a little random (all the little bits), a little rough around the edges (distressing), not afraid to make a statement (the bold colours), complicated yet simple at the same time (lots of layers but simple sentiment). He also makes me laugh. I had to put some hardware on here in honour of his love of tools.
