As promised, here's my 2nd card for today's IC. This time, I chose Midori Ginkgo Leaves set because I thought the colors would work well with the Daffodils from this new Our Daily Bread designs set.
The daffodils were stamped 3 times, water colored using markers and cut out. I used a Spellbinders Mega Oval for the white oval and sponged color on before removing the die. I traced the outline of the same oval onto the tangerine layer and cut it out. The ribbon was white so I used markers to make it match my flowers. After arranging the flowers, I attached them to the oval and tied the ribbon around it before attaching it to the tangerine layer.
The white scroll element was cut w/ my Cricut. After I layered the yellow and tangerine together, I attached the white scroll before adding my image ovals. The sentiment was split in two and I used a word window tag punch for the two halves. Markers were added over the top of the black ink and around the edges.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

This card is so pretty - I love the colors and all the layers. It is a wonderful Easter card. Super take on the inspiration.
