CAS56 and TLC262 Torn Square

this is for CAS56 - a square card and TLC262 - to create a frame without using nesties.

cleaning up the last of my olympic VSN mess/fun, so i used some of the vellum from one of those cards. i used a deckle ruler to create the outside edge of the vellum frame and i tore the inside edge of it.

the vellum makes such a soft and pretty frame for this. great thinking out of the box for this challenge!
