I found another object in the Inspiration site (Lark) I just had to use today. It's called Night Owls Organic Tea Towel.
I have been saving this wonderful image by Curtis Uyeda that just fit the shape. No owls, but the shape was perfect.
Now I need help with a sentiment. Should I put one on the front? How about inside? Would you leave it as is, and send it to a guy? How would YOU use it?? HELP!!

Oh wow, what a great image Anne!! I just spotted the little monkey in the tree, how cute is that!! Beautiful blue background with the white picket fence! You know, when you need to send the "perfect" card, it will come to you what the perfect sentiment will be for this!! It looks great as it is, hard to improve on perfection!!

Everybody's right...you nailed this one too! I think I would just leave the sentiment off for right now. Someday something will come up that you need a card and you'll know exactly what to put on it then. How's that for not really answering at all!!

You've got plenty of room above the tree and below the pickets of the fence for a sentiment. Since you have the brads at the top right, I probably wouldn't put verbiage there. I think you should let the card front remain as is and perhaps put an encouragement sentiment on the inside; something along the lines of up a tree, fenced in; a monkeying around reference. How about a proverb?

WOW! I looked at this too and thought otherwise. But I am glad that you decided to master the look of the original, wow! I think it looks fine without a sentiment. Who know, you'll be doing something else, and you'll say outloud...I GOT THE PERFECT ONE. At least that is how I am. Good luck with your decision. What a wonderful card.

I see the monkey, but are those birds in the middle right and top? I've got a vivid imagination from all those clouds when I was a kid! Leave it as is - it's gorgeous!

If you open someone's card, you must have liked it...please leave a comment to encourage them!
Wowzers Anne - fabulous!!! I'd leave this beauty pristine on the front. It's so totally gorgeous. Inside, hummm, there is an African proverb - "By trying often the monkey learns to jump from the tree" That could work for encouragement. The trunk has that Celtic knot look - can't think of any Celtic saying with a monkey ... there might be one with a Goose & Christmas. Or there is, I think it's German, "An example from the monkey: the higher it climbs, the more you see of its behind". Of course, you wouldn't want to send THAT to any but your closest friends who also like monkey humor! GREAT work!

Anne, I don't know about you but I never have a masculine card when I need it. This would be perfect...you can always add the sentiment to the inside later on! Love your inspired card!
