I had a leftover ATC that I made for a swap; cut it down, raided the rest of the scrap drawer for these bright colors, hopefully muted by a little kraft. I love using up those scraps. I can never figure out what to use these little chipboard pieces for....anyone have any ideas? do you paint them? adhere DP to them? I'm sure there's a tutorial...
