MMSC41 Lattice Flowers

Hi to you all, is the year going as quick for you as it is for me? Quite scary really.

My card for this week's Midnight Madness sketch Challenge:

I've called "Lattice Flowers" and kept the colours soft and muted.

The central flowers are a RAK and recycled, which are coloured and embellished with white Pearls and white Glaze pen. These are popped on a green negative Die-cut square with long labels underneath. A small "Thank You" card has been placed on the diagonal and all are popped on a coffee coloured EF card. Faux flowers, small buttons and copper Pearls are my finishing touches. Shadings are A Touch of Pesto and Pinecone inks.

I love negative spaces and use them where I can, as I think they also can tell a story. I hope you like how I've treated this one.

Wow, sew much work has gone into this. It really reminds me of a pretty garden with the lattice and all- There is a lot of detail in this!

Hi Mum - you amaze me eaach week, I look forward to seeing your card each week - it is hard to believe that you have only been going for just on 6 months, you have evolved so quickly - can you believe it is nearly 6 months since you were here!??! I love this week's card - the colours are gorgeous and bring such warmth - and that lattice is so creative!! This is a collage that draws your eyes to so many places and they are all wonderful!!
