Thanks everyone for your kind comments, I made this using a template I bought & downloaded from www.scrapbookingmad.com, the download included a box for the shoe & printable papers so I don't think I can share the template (it wouldn't be fair as the website is trying to make a living from these & other beautiful papers & templates-worth a look!) however I have seen a template on SCS, I've had a search so I can point you in the right direction but I'm really busy at the mo so if you really want to make this shoe & don't wish to buy the template I can only suggest you have a browse on here 'cos someone has posted a template...somewhere.
