I found an old frame; I sanded it, I primed it, I waited ages for the primer to dry, and then I painted it with Distress Crackle Paint. I know it's meant to crackle - but not like this. So, I'll have to sand it down again, and start from scratch. This is NOT the finished article...
To go inside the frame, I stamped Season of Friendship on some heavy watercolour card, and stamped the leaves with Brilliance Thyme. I stuck on some little almond blossoms - and I see I need one more at the top - after chalking the background. I added a little bird at the base...not sure about this, it may just end up as scrap, but I did try, so TFL.

Sabrina, this is lovely!! Beautiful soft colors, pretty almond blossoms. Your gorgeous scene looks wonderful in that shabby chic frame. Even if you don't think the frame was supposed crackle this much, I think it is perfect!! So nicely done
