This is my first (and definitely not last) altered clipboard. This is for one of my stamp club ladies who is also a teacher. We made a beaded pen to go with it also.

Oh my Gosh! I LOVE this! What a nice gift for a teacher! I love that quote! How did you do the bottom part? Is that the Print Pattern stamp, or is it patterned paper? How did you get the quote on there...is that vellum? I need details so I can CASE! TFS!

Hey, sorry, I guess I should have gone into more detail....
I painted with just some regular latex paint (my bathroom colour actually). Then, I stamped in white craft ink the print background on the bottom. I printed out the quote on vellum on the computer. I sprayed with spray adhesive and put down the vellum, designer paper and ribbon. I then stamped the words in white craft ink and adhered the pocket. I took the whole thing down to the garage and sprayed with acrylic sealer just so everything would stay put.
I found the quote online - it almost made me cry, so I thought it would work!
Thanks for asking!

How awesome!! I would have LOVED to have received that as a gift when I was a 4th grade teacher!
Thanks so very much for sharing your detailed instructions!
