I love this technique that Birgit and Holly brought to us. I have tried it several times, and I really struggled with which tiles to eliminate to make an artistic statement. I am happiest with this one for that aspect. I stamped flourishes in white on a piece of rust colored dp. I then stamped my clearly inspired brushed florals in black. I printed the verse on parchment. I added black flourishes to the base and added black matting to the panels. I made a porcelain paper butterfly using my layers of color art butterfly, (probably my favorite butterfly of all times)

I imagined my house in the springtime, with the flowers climbing up the bricks. The bricks on the side of my garage are about this color, and that is where my flower bulbs are planted.
