Whew! It's been one crazy week for me. I haven't done any stamping, sewing, or nothing creative. Bad, I know. I have been re-doing my blog (not the one below my signature, a new one). I have been busy with trying to design my own website, so I signed up at the local Technology college to help me. But I wanted to play in the challenge today.
The Ways to Use It Challenge, we were to create a card using any types of birds. I made this really quick because I have to help out at the school today. I started off by using some textured brown c/s and attaching it to the Rich Regals Blue. I also used some Wild Asparagus Printed Paper and ticket corner punch. I added white brads to the corners. I did a layered look for the image using the $1 stamp from Michaels. I colored the birdie with my blender ben onto watercolor paper. I used my single line punch to insert the ribbon through the watercolor paper and attached a single tag from my Sizzix. The little Happy Birthday is from the Little Hellos set. I wanted to do something a little different with the ribbon. This went very quick. I hope you like it, and I hope to be playing the challenges more like I was.
