| | I've got the bug to make Valentines now that the holidays are over. I saw this technique on bhg.com. I double matted the hearts, attached it to the front of the card and then cut the back matt from the top matt through the two layers (cardstock and vellum). Adhered the hearts and top matt to the inside of the card. It would have helped had I put the hearts on the vellum straight  |
