Hallo to one and all, and I hope this New Year will be kind to everyone, and that there will be many exciting card challenges ahead, and great camaraderie amongst everyone.
This week's challenge I've called "Burgandy Beauty". The central Image is a Christina Re stamp, watercoloured, with red pearls added and shaded with burgandy ink and then mounted on black CS. This is popped on burgandy with gold sponging CS which has negative die cut flower spaces on, and mounted on sage green shaded CS which peeks through the spaces, and then edged with pink pearls, and popped on black CS.
Embellishments are white spotted pink ribbon with burgandy flower lace strip, and small white lace flower with pink die cut flower with rhinestone centre. The burgandy corner flourish is RAK from Lovely Linda and has rhinestones attached.
So there you have it, and thank you all for visiting and looking at my cards, and sharing your comments with me. I have great fun doing them, though some are harder to do than others, but it's good exercise for my mind.

Hi Mum - I love the colours you have used on your card - they are so rich and warm. Great image (I think I have that one too) and beautifully watercoloured!! Your embelllishments are perfect - great use of the negative diecut flowers! Well done with the sketch!! Thanks for playing along with the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge this week - we love seeing your cards and look forward to seeing you next week!

Leslie, you have done a sensational job on this weeks sketch. I need this stamp!!! When I opened this up - I said to myself how perfect this would be with another image I am using for a blog hop I am participating in on the 15th!!! You always have a unique way to use a punch and this one is no exception!!! The pearls are so pretty on this one too! Simply outstanding! Thanks for giving the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge a whirl this week. Wishing you a Very Happy Creative New Year!!!

The burgundy color is beautiful as well as the image. Love the corner flourish from Linda. Lovely sets of pearls for each side of your card and I like your sage green showing through. Just a beauty, for sure!

Leslie, Love those gorgeous flowers you've colored. You've definitely got a beautiful style that's your own. Definitely great use of negative diecuts - I try to do that, but not often enough The corners and the lace adds so much to the card, thanks for playing this week! xox ~Jeni & MMSC DT
