I'm probably the only stamper who would come up with this strange card. :-) As a nurse, I often recommend this recipe to patients who are having a 'hard time' and are 'feeling backed up' in their lives. KWIM? Ovals were cut out using Creative Memories oval cutter. Sponging was done using tea dye distress ink and Memento Rich Cocoa. The recipe panel was added to the inside of the card.

LOL. Actually, it sounds quite nice. Better than that synthetic Fybogel stuff, anyway. Mind you, being a firm believer in at least five portions of fruit and veg a day, it's not really a problem for me, thank goodness.

Heeeheehee...from one nurse to another, I like you style!!!!!! We used to give our postpartum patients *the bomb* which was a mix of warm apple juice and prun juice with MOM chaser...worked like a charm!!!

Joan, that cocktail would be a bomb for sure - lol! This recipe sure beats what one doctor used to order and that was a 3H enema (high, hot & a he** of a lot!). :-)
