Pat's CAS Charmed BD Card

I needed a quick and simple BD card for a new-comer to our family fellowship card. She was born and raised in Hawaii so I went with a tropical theme. I found the brass charm in a little shop while at a women's conference last week. The charm's backdrop is a circle punched from sponged CS. The charm is adhered to the punched circle with Crystal Effects.
