Thank you, pattyb, for a most interesting challenge: crimped diamonds technique. Tami did a nice job on her tutorial and I was glad to be able to follow it.
I made a rectangle card (5.5x4.25) and a square card (4.25x4.25) I like the square best because it's a little easier and more symmetrical. But both crimped diamonds were a huge hit in my book.
