Well, I had the task of keeping track of all these wonderful RAK's sent along with birthday cards for the 'Mothermark Blessing Project', and am still blown away by the kindness of the SCS family.
Shirley (wannabcre8tive) and I had a plan for Cindy (Mothermark) and 38 sweet and generous people jumped in with us to give Cindy a wonderful birthday surprise. I never imagined that these lovely ladies would also send cards to Shirley and I, but they sure did! It is very heart warming to see the care this community of stampers has for one another. Shirley and I send hugs (and snugs) to each one with heart- felt thanks for all you did for Cindy (and us!)
Thanks so much for your generosity and beautiful works of art! We could never have pulled this off in a million years without you! (Can you believe over forty women kept this secret for two months!) lol!
This huge package arrived from Emily (Stamp Muse) lovingly known as 'M'. The cards kept coming out, the images were plenty, the paper and roses, the quilt book, and...You see my point! M, thank you so much for this most generous gift, and also the emails that helped in planning this wonderful surprise! Thank you sister, you helped keep me sane! M also provided a 'scholarship fund' in case there were some that wanted to participate, but unable. M, your kindness touches me still. Thank you for giving beyond....Hugs

What can I say about M! She is generous and kind and wonderful and loving and about the bestest ever! She sent me wonderful cards and awesome goodies too.....
It warms me heart when I hear these stories....I am thankful that she was such a help to you. Darn it, I wish SCS would come up with some sort of travelling time machine thingy that we could all visit each other in a heart beat. The first trip we would take Pat would be to go visit Emily! Wouldn't we!!!

Oh, sweet Pat, you are way too kind dearest! I'm glad you enjoyed the few little things I sent your way. However, truth be told, it is I who am feeling so special that you and Shirley allowed me to be a part of your fabulous plan for Cindy!
The photos in the link you provided sent me into immediate tears of joy seeing Cindy receive her long awaited cowboy man. What total teary, sobby fun to see the moment captured on film! (I'm such a wussy, as you know!) Kudos to you and Shirley for the amazing concept ... and to everyone participating for totally keeping the surprise under wraps for so long!
Cindy is such a sweetie boo and I'm so pleased that you were able to provide this heartfelt gift to someone who is so giving to everyone.
Thanks truly goes to you and Shirley, Pat. It is my joy and honor to have had the opportunity to get to know you a little better through your gorgeous and loving gift to the MM!
I love our e-mail banter more than you know. And I always think about you and Peggy chatting on the phone each Saturday morning! It brings a smile to my face whenever I seek out the the IC thread to see where we are going for inspiration ... 'cause I know you two will be embracing the challenge together. How fun!
PSSST - That Mothermark is always on the money! Can we market an instant travel machine that can bring all of us SCSers together? Let's make it a time machine, too, so that no time passes while we visit for days just stampin' and chattin' our hearts out!
