 | | I've been making lots of Christmas cards and I fell upon this beautiful green and white card in Wattle's gallery:

I've used so much of the reds, greens, blues and whites, but not green & white, so I thought I would undertake this awesome task of caseing my fav stamper's card. She's my FS this week!!! LOL!!!
This one is for you Kathy - Kathy is teaching a class and since she lives in Australia, not much of a chance for me to take her class. So, I did my "at home" version of her class. See Kathy, I can still try to be a part of your new class.
I used green and white, but added some highlights of gold rather than the white pearls and white ribbon, changed the die cut as I didn't have the one she had, used a different ef and main image panel.
I used the new SU ornament stamp which I embossed in white, added some gold pearls and a loop for the hanger, popped it up on dimensionals onto green swiss dots ef card stock, then popped up onto white textured card stock die cut. Place a green panel behind that and popped up on the main panel fo the card. I used some gold ribbon and the snowflake embossing folder, added a sentiment with the window word and modern label punches and that was it.
Thanks Kathy for your beautiful inspiration and if you haven't seen Wattle's gallery, GO IMMEDIATELY, you will NOT be sorry!! She's a very talented lady!!!
Thanks for taking the time to look and if you have a moment, let me know what you think! |
