When I checked before the color challenge was not up yet, but I saw two cards that Emily had posted with the CC239 tag attached and they used Kraft, White and Artichoke colors, so since I couldn't sleep anyways, I took a chance and did my card in those shades. I now see that the challenge calls for Mellow Moss and not Always Artichoke, so I hope the challenge police don't come after me here. If I have time today, I'll try to do another card with the "right" colors. This lovely image was colored with Prisma Color Pencils. I did add just a touch of yellow tone to the cat to help that image stand out just a bit and every scene really need a little yellow. Finished card measure 4 7/8" square.
This is really very much a CAS card for me even though the image did need some coloring. I think this image is so lovely that I didn't want anything to detract from it.

This is just gorgeous Kathy!! I love the way you used kraft as your paper and used the white on top of it!! I've been considering getting this set - but after seeing this beautiful creation - I think it's a for sure!
Gorgeous work!! UHOH!! Is that the challenge police siren's I hear in the background??? ;) Kidding! More likely the sounds of one of Sundays' Fav cards of the week! ;)
