I ran across this fun stamp from Stamps Happen, Inc. when I was searching for another stamp. I purchased this critter over four years ago but to be honest, I could never figure out what to do with it. My coloring efforts were always a disaster. Then came Copics ... they really made it so much easier.
First I colored him with the markers and then to create the "scales", I added colorless blending solution to my Cuttlebug Mesh Texture Embossing Folder and lightly pressed my image onto it. I love the lizard skin result! I also ran a piece of red card stock through the same folder to use as an accent.

Oh this is fabulous, so much fun and different, we don't get snow in New Zealand at Christmas as it is summer so this would be great. tfs ;) Oh btw your colouring with copics is absolutely amazing & how creative you were using the cuttlebug with the blender solution, it really worked!
