IC197 Bad Costume Choice

Well, Stef, I took my inspiration from the challenge title 'CWDKids' and 'Halloween' and ran with it (lol). The ghost, hydrant and dog are $1 Michaels stamps--drew in the arms, feet and pumpkins, then added google eyes. I cut out from the sidewalk up and backed with MS fence punch adhered to Night of Navy.
