and also for the sketch challenge (SC245). I am pretty sure I failed a little in each one, but these are my submissions nonetheless! My scene is more a windy day than a windstorm, but my story is that this is the start of a windstorm. The winds have just started picking up and things are starting to look a little scary (I will be starting a new job next week after being off for a little over 5 months so this is kind of how I am feeling right now - where am I going to find time to do all my favorite things and work too?). On the sketch challenge, I didn't measure anything so my dimensions are a little off, but after 3 hours of good sleep last night, this is pretty good in my opinion!
I used my new Kittie Kit for the scene - it is my second card made with the kit (this stamp set/kit is so fun!).

I think your scene is fabulous! I had to laugh at your story because I only had about 3 hours of sleep last night and I just returned to full time work too! Good thing we have this fabulous hobby to get us through!

Congrats on your new job! I actually got only a couple of hours of sleep last night...now I am tired. It has gotten really windy here and rain storms appearing...yuck! Is it really Fall arriving? Ok, on to your card. Girl, I love the way you created the tree with the watercolors...you are are talented if I say so myself.

You did a fantastic job with that kittie kit. Your windy scene is wonderful and I don't like wind all that much! LOL Wonderful job. Wishing you the best with the new job. TFS :0)

Well now! That Kitty Kit has been put to some fine use, and only three hours sleep? Sister! This is beautiful. Kitty would be proud. I am so excited for your new job! Remember, you can add to your collection easier now, and stamping will become therapy after a hard days' work! Beautiful work Sis, I love how your leaves are in motion, and your wonderful sentiment. LYMI, Lol, LYMIMIMI!
