This is for TLC237 to Make My Own stamp. This was a humbling experience as I didn't really have good luck with my stamp. I used the Cuttlebug Snowman folder to make my stamp and didn't have much success getting a good emboss. I used Bashful Blue ink but it ended up looking closer to Bliss Blue. Does anyone remember Bliss Blue??? I pulled out my Bliss Blue paper to use with this project and also a lovely piece of blue gingham that I got as a gift from my good friend Sharon Johnson Blogs at Splitcoaststampers I added a little touch of snow to the snowman by dipping the tip of a pint brush into craft ink and embossing with white ep. No one will write home about this project but I feel good that I completed it even though it's not so great.

Kittie, you're too hard on yourself, this is just wonderful. You are so creative and add those little details like the snow and different borders around your image. Well done!

This is very adorable! I am sorry you feel disappointed in it. This challenge is very out of the box for many of us and while I realize this card does not represent your usual style, it is still a winner.

Actually I think it's awfully cute. Unless that picture is very flattering, that is a seriously adorable snowman. I love it and if you need my address, I'd be happy to supply it .
