My versions of Sarah Klass's card as was shown in Australian Cardmaking, Stamping and Papercraft magazine (Vol 15, No 2)
I didn't have the Ginger Blossom paper pack or the matching Ribbon pack (it was only in a Mini catty here for a couple of months), so I improvised.
I stamped the Cherry Blossom onto a piece of Watercolour Paper and hand drew a border around it with my CM Black Fine Tip pen. I then cut it out with a 2mm or 1//16" border around it. I coloured it with my Aqua Pen and Watercolour Wonder Crayons and set it aside to dry.
I cut a small strip of the reverse side of the CM Striped DSP and put it through the Paper Crimper. I then stamped Celebrate Life onto a piece of Certainly Celery CS and cut that into a very narrow strip. I cut a rectangle piece of the CM Striped DSP a 6mm or 1/4" smaller than the Certainly Celery base card.
To assemble the card, I first stuck the Striped DSP to the base card. Next, I stuck the Celebrate Life piece to the top of the crimped paper and put a brad in the end of it. I then stuck this a 1/4 of the way up the card from the bottom. Finally I stuck the Cherry Blossom piece over the LHS of this with foam mounting tape.
