-I used regular white cardstock for the image panel and masked off the ground portion with a large sticky note. I do like the semi glossy cardstock better but thought IÂ’d see what cardstock would do. This reminds me of a second snow fall after the sun was shining all day and melted the snow from the treesÂ…because my white gel pen will not work to add snow to the tree branches for the first snow fall!
-I used the brayer to add the sky starting the roll off the cardstock and roll on with the lightest color and then the second and third shades of blue staying higher on the cardstock for each shade. Continue adding color until you get the desired shade and coverage.
-I stippled gray on to the snow area.
-Linen is stamped on the two embossed layers.
-The envelop and inside the card under the sentiment is stamped with the trees image using the color Going Gray after I had stamped it off once on scrap paper.

Wow!! Even without your marker working, this is such a beautiful scene! I am going to try one later today, I had totally forgotten about using glossy paper, Rox! Thanks so much for the tips!
