Living in Italy for a year taught me a thing or two about the simplicity of cooking. This is one of my most favorite things to make from our Earthbox harvests. Enjoy.
SU! textured cardstock and [discontinued] Designer Series paper "Cerise". The recipe itself was printed onto SU! "Confetti" card stock which I accessorized with clear gold/yellow droplet stickers so as to look like drizzled olive oil.
SU! ribbon: grosgrain wide ribbon/Robin Hood Red. Gold embossed frame with monogram is Hampton Art: Clear Expressions "Cameo Alphabet." While the jar is from a discontinued SU!'s "Jar of Fun" and the lid is from SU! "All Wrapped Up"—also discontinued! The lid is gold embossed on gold metallic paper.
I don't know if the technique used on making the jar contents is named, as I was taught it in a class that utilized multiple ideas for nifty backgrounds. With this, you put droplets of bottled ink onto felt that is velcro'd to a small wooden block. Then you drop "extender" onto it so it spreads. Dab randomly on glossy paper. When finished, take a metallic gold paint pen and daub drops of gold on top. Then take your bottle of extender and drop it right on the ink/glossy card stock and watch it spread! Very cool )
*Note this recipe is for canned tomatoes. You can make this and keep it in the fridge uncanned for a couple of days.
