Our VSN challenge was to use the salted background technique.
This was a new technique for me! My first try ended up with too dark blotches of color that didn't blend together. Not enough water maybe?? So I tried it again, and liked my second attempt much better.
For my background, I used Tempting Turquoise and Bermuda Bay reinkers. I used large Kosher salt.

Great card! Now that you've done this, it makes me notice that the salted backgrounds do look sort of snowfall-ish... Congrats on being the 'Most Creative Chef' for this challenge!
