Oh yeah Brat- yodelling country music is sure my things!! By the sounds of it this is more like gospel - but what would I know????? I listen to modern pop and stuff like that....
Thank for this great honour of recogizing my love of country music - the lyrics to all country music going something like this:
I lost my woman, oh I"m so sad.
I'll play my guitar because I'm so sad I lost my woman.
My truck ran into the ditch and I am so sad
I need my woman and I am so sad
Let me strum my geeeeeeeeeeee tar and oh I am so sad!!
I'm blue as a blue cowboy bandana oh yeah oh yeah I'm so blue
I lost my heart to a woman, and she aint treating me good.
Oh yeah I'm so sad - my varmint dog went a missing - why yes, blackie the dog - he gone missing oh strum my guitar because I'm a whining away big time now.............
Oh honey come back to me and I'll never beat you again and we'll be happy if only you'll bring my heart back to me!!!!! whahaha
Well live together foreveah in our blue shoes Trailer and we'll be happy as Hillbillies in Alabama or sumpin like that!!!
Oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah - my heart feels like it been run over by a four wheel drive honey and I need a tatoo........
Why, put on some mash and some roast pig and we'll all have a great time drinking some ale while I wipe up my tears honey.
Okay - have I about covered every lyric in country music - no offence intended??? I liken country music to heavy metal music as it is just whining about how the worlds just not right - and I tell my 24 year old son that he is really listening to Modern Country Western when he listens to his oh I'm so sad the world ain't treating me right Heavy Metal garbage music!!
Oh ya got me in a flap now my BRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well now, for some who claims she doesnt know anything about country music, she certainly knows all the words doesnt she? Oh, she a psychotic break...is that anything like mental breakdown? I would have to think it definitely is. First she calls herself a sweet girl (?), then's she Canada's widely infamous detective and then she turns around and becomes a viking. you go figure that picture out, and when you come up with some kind of intelligent idea as to who she really is or what she really likes, be sure to let me know. she's got me baffled, that's for sure.
Now, for your card. I have to tell you I really had to laugh at this one. That is so something I woud do! I know it's hard to believe with my people and all, but on ocassion I've been known to make some really dumb plays, and that one would be one of them.

This is too funny! I vaguely remember hearing that song somewhere. My grandparents (on Dad's side) were huge country music fans. They even took us kids (me, sis, bro) to the drive in to see the Hank Williams story. I never really got in to country and I kind of agree w/ Deborah. I always thought for country music you had to have:
1. a woman who ran off
2. a truck (sometimes the woman ran off w/ his truck)
3. beer (sometimes a best friend drank all his beer & ran off w/ the woman)
4. a dog who ran off (sometimes the best friend took the beer, the woman & the dog)
5. a train (sometimes they took the train, sometimes the train hits the truck w/ the woman, best friend and dog inside)
I think that about covers Country Music themes. Now I have to go accept my CMA award, lol.

How funny this is Terri - you are also so creative and make 'one of a kind' cards - I have never heard this song BUT have heard the ones Yakky seems to be an expert on! LOL!! Imagine if all the TSC's got together for a card making day - I am not sure the cards would be fit for publishing....skeery!!! Thanks for sharing...and skeering!! LOL!! {{{hugs}}}
