Thanks so much Melody, for a most excellent challenge, I literally was in the garage sawing a piece of cardboard from recycled box. I love the rough appeal of the paper. And I simply had to use Artistic Outpost's grand old flag image for the card.
It is a humble card, worthy, I think of it's beginnings. Our country is having some rough times these days, but I refuse to believe her best days are behind her. I am hopeful for our children that this is a temporary shaking. No matter what, "it's my country tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, to thee I sing!" ALWAYS!

Susan, this is wonderful. I love your flag. I am standing with my hand over my heart as I look at your great card. I love how the texture looks. I still get chills when my cubscouts do flag ceremonies.

You got a recognisable image when you stamped yours - more than I did! It's a great combination, the texture from the card and the image of the flag - along with the little screw brads.
