 | | Yesterday I made this little box. The pattern is from an old Cards only (a dutch magazine) and I really loved it when I saw it. Perfect for a little gift. It is even more fun that it is very easy to make. I made a black box for the inside and for the box outside I used red papicolor paper. I first printed the black dots on the paper.
The image that I used is a digital stamp from CC. Designs. It is the ladybug from the Bugg-a-boos. I have colored this little sweetie with derwent pencils. I did some accenting with a white gelpen. The dots were colored with a black spica glitter pen. The eyes were colored with a black glaze pen. I used some black hotfix stones on the end of her antenna's. The sentiment is from the Everyday greetings set from Elzybells. The image was cut out with the circle nestabilities.
I used a black satin ribbon to close my box. I have added some babysocks in the box, because I didn't have anything else that was fun to put in the box. ;) |
