I made this card using my Swimmin' By stamp set, from Whipper Snapper. The images are stamped in black stazon and watercolored with re-inkers. The music notes are from the Fish Friends stamp set, also from Whipper Snapper.

How'd you make that cool water?! I love the vibrant fish in the forefront! Also love how you used blue distress ink on one side of the banner and brown on the other. Awesome!
