What a tea party Mothermark had yesterday. I never heard of a barn tea party, but it was fun. I was late getting there, my a/c in the car was not cooling to capacity so I had to stop at the dealership and have it serviced because Hattie was complaining she was sweating. She was frantic that her makeup would be ruined by the time she got to the tea party. She got scared from all the loud noises at the garage and this is what she looked like fluttering through the air with her tail feathers in a wad. (Yes, chickens do get their tail feathers in a wad) I finally delivered Hattie to the tea party and she had a wonderful time with Harold, a new rooster, she met at the tea party.

Oh my! A sweaty schicken, and she still picks up a new Rooster! Lol- only you Shirl! I love this. That barn tea party must be a hoot, or is that a 'woot' in MM's barn? Well, Hattie is even polka dotted for Cindy! She will love that. Cute, cute card sistah! LYMI

Hattie needs to keep her cluckers off my rooster. He is mine all mine. I was wondering what took her so long to get there. I had him all wrapped up in my arms until she appeared. Ugh..
Great job Shirley. I love this set. It is one of my favs.

Hey Shirt! Is Hattie spitting? Did the garage workers teach her how to do that in anticipation of meeting the CDC and ATF government officials awaiting her at the barn? Does she know Harold is a CDC officer in disquise, much like Cathy's pig/chicken? Does she need me to send her some new tail feathers because she might not get the wad out of them? I have a wonderful new pair....of tail feathers, that is. They are black and white polka dotted with a little touch of red!!!
Your card is precious.....your chicken has the pox.....but your card is precious!
Hattie and Harold sitting on the stoop
just outside the chicken coop!
One says marriage, the other says disease!
Hattie is screaming, no quarantine, please!!
Glad you could come again shirt! There is just something about your card! Must be the polka dots! Go figure!
