One of several I did like this, but this one is my favorite. Card is white, and blank except for the sentiment and the flower. The flower is colored in with pencils and then the edges of the card is scored/dry embossed to have a border.

Wonderful card! Did you know it's mentioned in the Clean and Simple Favorites of the week? That's how I found it. Also, whenever you post a simple card, the keyword CAS (for clean and simple) will get you more view, as will the keyword OLC (for one layer card). More people should see your great work!
