The image was stamped on white cardstock and painted with Twinkling H2O's. The shell however was done with Foil. The technique is on my blog. The back ground is Bazzill Bling cardstock and the white area is actually the negative leftover from die cuts I had made for another projects. I punched around the circle with a small punch.
