I made this card with the new May release Clear Dollar Stamp set called Smooth Sailing. I had a lot of fun doing it. The image is stamped twice on watercolor paper and one was cut out. I masked the first one and sponged in a stormy looking sky and watercolored the water. I cut the panel with my Nesties Label#2. I watercolored the other boat, cut it out and using a craft knife cut the wave line so I could tuck the boat down behind the waves.
The twine is also from Clear Dollar Stamps. I love how it looks on this card! The little brads on the sentiment panel are little "screws"... so cute. The DP is K&Co and the textured linen base is unknown. I sewed the blue layer, and sponged all the layers for a weather worn look.
