Normally I try to follow the sketch exactly, but every now and then.....
Here's what happened ~ I got a smudge on the image panel while embossing, so I just covered it with the little butterfly - problem solved! But then I couldn't over lap the sentiment like in the sketch because it would have covered up the butterfly and most of the cross..... so I tweaked it! Tweaking the sentiment was allowed in the rules, so maybe I'm not such a rule breaker after all;)
The cross and sentiment are stamped in Silver and then embossed with Clear Iridescent embossing powder.
I used a silver marker on the edge of the white panels instead of adding another layer of card stock.
