Not a lot to explain - the Hydrangeas are paper-tole and matted on white and rose cs. I added 3 dewdrops with Crystal Lacquer to the pic (hard to see in photo). I ran white and rose cs thru the CB with the Textile ef, then punched the edges with the Fiskars Lace border punch, then wrapped this gorgeous ribbon around it (I am a ribbonaholic!). The Sentiment is a freebie from the UK mag Cardmaking and Papercraft, and is stamped with Opera Pink pigment ink and embossed with clear ep, then I glued on the pink heart gem with Pritt glue (I love this glue!). Each layer on the card is popped up with mounts.
Hope you like it and your comment are always appreciated.

So pretty. The colors are amazing. Love the dp. The hydrangeas do match perfectly. I'm going to have to hunt down that border punch. I just love it. Great card. TFS. : )
