okay, girlz, I've bellied up to the bar, the embellishment bar that it! Come have a look.
When I read the surprise Friday night VSN challenge, I knew just the stamps I'd use for playing...but it's taken all this time to get a chance to set my timer for 45 and take the idea to paper.
I had to ink this Judikins waiters hand on GP white cs with ColorBox black and embossed with clear. I added my first embellishment with a 'cuff link' teal brad. The drinks are both images from Royal Stamp Plantation. They were stamped with TH di brushed corduroy ink and embossed. I used Copics to color them and added Prima tiny paper flowers and brads to the centers. My background paper is the Peony from Basic Grey urban prairie. Tim Holtz's polka dotted stamp was used to make the dotty bg. Inked with Nick Bantock chrome yellow. The big clock face is also Tim Holtz inked with NB rose madder. A Making Memories rub-on is the "TWO" and the PLAY are brads from Joann's. I used the SU mat pak to line them up. The little hula skirt on the waiter's tray finishes up my card.
Thanks for having a look and how do you think I did with this challenge? I'd like to know.

Holey Frijoles, that is amazing! All that stuff and all that color, you did it again. You never cease to amaze me with your cards, they are a visual delight with surprises everywhere. They both intrigue and delight with all the goodies you add to paper. This has great texture (of course) and as usual, a fun theme. I love the cuff link, the image of the waiters hand and those yummy drinks, with the flowers. TFS
