Well, I threw out a can of beer to get some metal to try this....... I have done and redone it....I colored it in with copic markers, and used blending solution to get the colors to stay on the metal in a pouncing motion....... I used a Sharpie marker to color in the bird. I have another can to try-soda can this time- to try that beautiful butterfly Lynn (from St Louis posted.....)........ I enjoy trying new things- thanks for the challenge!
PS- I ran a piece of metal through the Cuttlebug-folder is called Bird Call. It did cut through the blades of grass in a couple of places- I just taped it on the back and finished the project........

a very striking card... unique... I really like it! I love the way you used such soft colours- the sky looks watercoloured and those metallic grass blades look softly surreal. Did you hand draw that bird? Wow. Really creative. TFS
